To design a user-friendly experience for Layzee, I collaborated with our team to conduct in-depth user research, aiming to understand the needs and challenges of our target audience. Our research revealed that many users face difficulties in quickly finding reliable home service providers and struggle with scheduling and comparing options for services such as plumbing, cleaning, beauty treatments, and more.
After gathering insights from our user research, I moved into the design phase by creating wireframes and prototypes that addressed the key pain points identified, such as the difficulty in finding, scheduling, and comparing service providers.
